If your bracelet develops a construction-related issue within 90 days of purchase, please contact us. We will assess the bracelet and, when appropriate, repair or restring it at no charge.

The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, overstretching or pulling, broken or damaged beads or charms, exposure to water, perfume, lotions or household chemicals, or damage caused by improper use.

Bracelets more than 90 days old are not covered by the craftsmanship guarantee. However, we are happy to offer our $10 restringing service. Replacement beads, charms or other materials, if required, may be an additional charge.
